Taking inspiration from the early Legend Of Zelda games, Re-Collection is a top down, adventure game in that classic Gameboy style. Unlike Legend Of Zelda, there isn’t a weapon or enemies, as it takes place in a peaceful, unnamed world. The main focus is on the story, with many Zelda-like puzzles along the way. The music is a mix of happy and melancholy tones to complement the bittersweet story.

You play as a young boy whose little sister is fatally sick. You need to go to different locations to find different memories of you and her. After the collection of a memory, a cutscene will play, giving insight to her personality and reminding the main character about all the good times they’ve had, helping him come to terms with the fact that he has to say goodbye.
